Showcase Highlight | SUNA Debuts Core Products at SPIE Photonics West 2026

Launched officially on January 20, 2026 at Moscone Center, San Francisco, SPIE Photonics West 2026 ranks among North America’s largest and most influential flagship events for optoelectronics industry.

As a global frontrunner in silicon microlens sector, SUNA showcased its full lineup of core optical components including microlens arrays and silicon through-vias. Powered by in-house developed proprietary technologies, our products precisely address revolutionary demands for optical interconnect oriented to high-computing applications.

Currently, two core technologies — CPO (Co-packaged Optics) and OCS (Optical Circuit Switching) — are driving disruptive upgrades in high-compute optical interconnect and data transmission, serving as fundamental enablers for the construction of AI clusters and hyperscale data centers.Notably, the large-scale commercial rollout of both technologies imposes stringent specifications on core optical components in terms of integration density, stability and other key metrics, which is exactly the core business segment SUNA has cultivated and specialized in over years of intensive R&D.

At the exhibition, centered on technical customization capability, SUNA held in-depth discussions with global customers, making our booth one of the most eye-catching onsite. Our booth drew leading manufacturers, academic specialists and industry partners from North America, Europe, APAC and beyond. They gathered to dive into core topics including technical pain points under high-compute optical interconnect scenarios, customized product matching solutions and prospective cooperation paths. Many clients came with concrete application requirements, sharing practical bottlenecks in core component integration and low-power optimization while seeking tailor-made technical solutions from SUNA.

Backed by sharp insight into industry trends and abundant technical service experience, SUNA’s team leverages core advantages across its full product portfolio to deliver targeted technical adaptation proposals and conduct thorough feasibility analysis for potential cooperation. Discussions proceeded in a vibrant yet efficient atmosphere; both sides held candid alignment covering technical implementation roadmaps and follow-up after-sales support, letting every visiting client recognize SUNA’s professionalism and sincere commitment.

Going forward, relying on its global footprint — including Singapore subsidiary, Thailand manufacturing plant and worldwide sales representative offices — plus integrated R&D and manufacturing supply chain, SUNA will further advance the development of optical components toward higher integration, miniaturization and low power consumption. We empower global upgrades of high-compute optical interconnect and data transmission, striving to grow into a world-class specialized optoelectronic chip enterprise.
