Opening New Horizons, Charting a New Course – Suna Optoelectronics Embarks on the Photonics West Exhibition

From January 28 to 30, 2025, the SPIE Photonics West 2025 was held at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco. SPIE Photonics West is one of the most influential optoelectronics and laser technology exhibitions in the world, attracting industry professionals including optoelectronics equipment and laser device manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and importers/exporters from around the globe. Meanwhile, SPIE also focuses on showcasing cutting-edge optoelectronics technologies and laser products, covering a wide range of fields such as lasers, optical components, infrared technology, optical communications, optoelectronic materials, spectrometers, and more. Suna Optoelectronics showcased its infrared sensing products, gratings, and microlens arrays for optical communications applications at Photonics West — Booth #457.



At this year's Photonics West, Suna Optoelectronics showcased and highlighted its microlens array products for applications including infrared sensing, gratings, and optical communications — effectively communicating the company's product competitiveness and customer service value. Leveraging its industry-leading micro-nano optics R&D and manufacturing platform, Suna Optoelectronics has successfully launched a range of products including wafer-bonded silicon lenses, microlens arrays, fused silica lenses, transmission gratings, and grooved/scribed microlens products. These solutions meet the needs of optical applications such as infrared imaging, infrared temperature measurement, LiDAR, spectrometers/lasers, and optical communication modules.



SUNA is a world-leading provider of wafer-level microlens chip technology, with both optical and electrical product lines. Its product portfolio covers optical communication lenses, microlenses for LiDAR, wafer-level silicon lenses for infrared temperature measurement/imaging, infrared metallized coatings/silicon windows, as well as silicon capacitors and IPDs. I.Silicon Lenses for Infrared Temperature Measurement/Imaging & Infrared Metallized Silicon Windows


Widely used in infrared temperature measurement and imaging applications — including human body temperature monitoring, wearable devices, smart building energy-saving control, and human detection equipment. This product offers high optical quality and reliability, meeting customer requirements for customization and low cost. It is the ideal complement to thermopile chips and focal plane array chips.

II.Planar Transmission Grating

Product Advantages
