2D silicon lens array developed by SUNA-opto is a high-precision micro lens array product for OCS Application. Prepared by wafer-level lithography process, it features ±0.5% ROC uniformity within the array, ±0.3um pitch accuracy, and supports customized spherical/aspherical surfaces and array channel numbers, adapting to the multi-channel optical coupling and light field shaping requirements of optical switches.
