Wirebonding silicon capacitor realizes filtering for TOSA and ROSA optical chips, serving as a substitute for traditional SLC single-layer ceramic capacitors. It features a thin 100μm thickness, BV150 high breakdown voltage and an operating temperature range of -55~150℃, with capacitance nearly unchanged under varying bias voltage. The 1nF BV16V variant measures 0.25*0.25mm, merely 1/8 the footprint of SLC, and delivers superior wideband noise filtering thanks to lower ESR and ESL.
