Metalized Silicon Window developed by SUNA-opto is an optical device for consumer electronics and infrared detector packaging scenarios. Prepared by wafer-level packaging process, it can realize the integrated design of window and structure for infrared detector packaging, greatly improve production efficiency and reduce packaging costs.
